FKM Fluoro hydrocarbon (FPM) has excellent resistance to high temperatures, ozone, oxygen, mineral oils, concentrated and diluted acids, fuels, aromatics and many organic solvents and chemicals. It has excellent mechanical properties and very good resistance to aging.

Temperature range:
Minimum temperature of use: -15°C (-40°C)( a special blend of)
Maximum operating temperature: 200°C to 230°C (250° C short time)
FKM rubber is excellent in contact with:
– Mineral oils and grease, low swelling in oil
– Silicone oil and grease
– Resistance to UV and radiation
– High resistance to flame
– High vacuum
– Free fuel methanol
Incompatibility
– Brake fluids based on glycol
– Superheated steam
– Ammonia, amines and alkalis
