-closed or open cells– with or without adhesive.

 

Materials NR–SBR / EPDM / CR / NBR–PVC

Neoprene foam in accordance with the standards UL94–HF1–V0.
EPDM foam – open cells.

 

Usage:
• thermal and sound insulation
• sealing doors and windows,..
• for antivibrations in hidroisolation
• upholstery, waterproof
Fields of application: industry in general.

 

Colour: black, white and grey
Specific weight: from 60 kg/m3 to 350 kg/m3
Temperature range from-40°C to +120°C

Standard dimensions:

Thickness from 1,5 mm to 60 mm
Sheets 1000 mm x 2000 mm
Merged rolls 1000mm x 10m/20m/30m
Sheets may be without adhesive or. self-adhesive

 

Sports and Orthopedics
BI-Elastic linings. Neoprene foam from a pure foam and NR / SBR foam closed cells, coated on one or both sides with the goods.

Bi-Elastic sheets produced from pure Neoprene foam for diving suits.

on request supplied, with adhesive on one side – self-adhesive

 

Temperature range:
from -60°C to +200°C (short time to 260°C )

Usage
• Silicone cellular rubber is used for high temperature and aggressive acid
• Thermal and sound insulation

Specific weight: from 200 kg/m3 to 600 kg/m3

 

Silicone profiles and sheets available in FDA quality.
