Pulleys and TL bushes

Pulleys and TL bushes are manufactured in accordance with international standards ISO 41837 / DIN 2211.  The material they are made of gray cast iron, which is further protected by a phosphate.

 

Depending on the number of teeth of the drive and driven pulleys are talking about the so-called gear drive.

 

They can be used in large or small propulsion machinery in the conveyor system, variable speed drives, where there is a required torque transmission. The belts can also be used in household appliances.

 

Belt withstand even extreme conditions, in short, everywhere where dust, cold, heat, aggressive chemicals and high-speed rotation.

 

There are:

• V-belt pulleys SPZ (for belt 10), SPA (for belt 13), SPB (for belt 17) and SPC (for belt 22)
• toothed pulleys
• flat pulleys

 

Pulleys transmit a lot of power up 35m / sec.

BUSH TL

 

Taperlok bushes allow the pulley easily adjusted during installation. Bush has a bore and a groove, that it can be mounted to the pulley.
It is important to know how much fi shaft is to choose the correct bush.

 

When the bush once already installed, it can be reused.
